Interesting, my wife has hit someone on a bicycle that pulled out right in front of her because they couldn't hear it. Although, I am going to have to say; for those who can see its always best to look both ways before crossing the road.

I don't care for the stupid law to change quiet hybrids. Why not crack down on fart cans and Harleys first? Then we'll all be able to hear lol.
