Picked up car on July 25 @ 6pm. Pics are from July 26 @ 9am (Taken Canon SD1000)


Car on homemade ramps being prepared to have LED taillights installed. Easier to get towards screws/bumper. Took me 4 hours to change the outer taillights because I shaved some plastic to make it fit better. I drove around with stock lights on trunk and outer leds for 2 days. I couldnt get a piece of plastic off on trunk lights and decided to break it and order new parts.




1 week later...35% Solargard tints, LED taillights installed, WeatherTech wind deflectors and a few other minor interior cosmetic changes. (Taken with Nikon D70s)

Wires semi-zip-tied like my first cathodes to keep the wires clean and just making sure it works. This is my second time soldering.

This shouldnt discourage you from posting. I couldnt have done all this without the help from forum users.

Post yours up! There might be something you did that I havent done yet that will probably give me motivation to do it and I hope others such as myself will give you motivation as well.

I'm in the process of thinking of a way to mount my Valentine One Concealed Display. Was thinking of putting it right between the HVAC controls and the little cubby.

Here is a pic of the cathodes on a 2003 Honda Accord. Its literally plug and play and works with any car that uses 194 bulbs. Not fully installed since my gf got into a car accident and the back needs to be fixed.

See my cardomain page for list of LEDs I used.

I dont know if there is a DIY but its simple...remove clips from trunk lining and you can get access to the bulb.
