Noise on braking and acceleration

New 2009 (1200 mi.). No problems but a noise that sounds like solenoid chatter on braking and acceleration. Any explanations, comments?

Visit to dealership and discussion with Service Dept. diagnosis: normal noise associated with the brake actuator, which tests itself on start-up and when braking. (It is solenoid within the actuator actually making the noise.)

Note: If the solenoid "goes bad" a warning light will come on. The repair is the replacement of the brake actuator.
