It could be a leaking clutch master or slave cylinder. The fluid could have leaked out completely allowing mostly air to get in to the lines. If it is a leaking clutch master, the fluid will most likely be leaking inside the firewall up under the pedals. It will usually make it's way under the carpet. If either the clutch master or slave is leaking, I would advise replacing both at the same time. When one goes, the other usually follows closely behind it. This should be around a $250-$300 job to replace both.
Or you could be very very very lucky and just the return spring attached to the clutch pedal could have broken or become dislodged, but this is pretty rare.

Fluid Level stays the same, I didn't see any fluid near the pedals or under the dash. 1 Guy at the shop did say that there is air in the lines, they tried bleeding it but didn't work, today another guy said it's probably the Cylinder. Hopefully it's the spring.

The clutch master can also leak internally.

Glad you are back on the road again. $140 is a good price to have a shop replace the clutch master and bleed the system.

Clutch effort is hard.
Now the clutch is kinda hard to press and engagement is down low. 1st gear is hard to get into, the other gears require a little more effort too. What can be the problem? Maybe some adjustment?

It should be a bit firmer but it should shift smoothly and easily. There is an adjustment of the length of the rod that attaches to the clutch pedal. It determines how far the plunger is depressed in to the master cylinder. It's usually a double nut set-up to adjust it and lock in the adjustment. It seems you have too much freeplay. It could also be there is still some air in the system. These require a lot of bleeding when they are replaced. Either way, if you paid to have it done properly, take it back to the shop that did the repair and let them rectify the problem.

Adjusted and fixed.
I took it back, they made some adjustments. Good as new now. It got really bad to the point where even 5th gear was even hard to get in and out of.

That happens to my Altima when I got through floods and rivers in the road... Dont know what it is but it eventually gains compression and works again after about 15 minutes.
