Cylinder Head Rebuild?

Cylinder Head Rebuild?

How often are you guys refreshing your LO heads? Do you typically lap the valves or replace? Grind the seats? How about spring replacement?

I'm just curious as I have a couple of seasons of sprint racing on mine... It runs great and I do not think it has lost any performance (at least what I can tell).

Thanks in advance for your thoughts/comments.

Is this a DIY project or will you take your heads in? I've never had heads rebuilt, but I know springs and valves can become a problem if you don't keep an eye on them. Dropping a valve is no fun. I tend to use Youtube to get ideas for mods and maintenance. Maybe also ask the local machine shop.
