Cant figure out which pins I need to activate on 9 pin connector to get seat forward/backward to get to seat bolts.
Anyone got this? Finished an 89 camry and saw this ES250 in junkyard with these beautiful seats that would really be a nice upgrade
I powered pin 3 w/12 volts from positive wire on battery and the only thing I could move was front of seat up with the negative wire from battery on pin 2. I was thinking pins 9 and 2 moved seat forward/backward, but got nothing hitting those pins with negative from battery.
Maybe I need to ground 5 with negative wire and hit pins 2 or 9 with pigtail off of the positive from battery???
I use a battery pack out of a Dyson vacuum or get a cheapo jump pack they fit in a pocket. Or an old battery from a laptop. Or spend 30 minutes slowly wrenching the bolts off and scratching up your hands I've done this.
