Here's one for ya....

So, ever since I replaced my lower brake lights with LEDs, every time I hit my brakes now, my FM radio signal almost goes away completely (on most stations). Strong local stations don't seem to be affected. I put my 3rd brake LED in last week and had to change back to incandescent b/c the signal was completely lost.

Now I don't wanna hit my brakes for fear of losing NPR in the middle of a good show. Not sure what to tell the guy I will be rear-ending.

This is happening on a somewhat new Kenwood stereo that didn't seem to do this when installed a few months ago, or maybe I just didn't notice it. Any ideas or suggestions how to fix will be apprerciated. No, I won't pay for radio stations... ever! Thanks

Only hit the brakes during commercials.

What LED bulbs exactly did you install? Some have a PWM module in them maybe they are causing interference. Which Kenwood unit to you have?
