98 Camry Instrument Cluster Lights Partially Working

I recently had a bulb go out on my instrument cluster so I ended up changing all the bulbs for the gauges. Now 2 lights are not working. I tried putting the old bulbs back in and still nothing. The lights that are now out weren't out before I changed them. Any suggestions?

Clean contacts for bulbs with electronic parts cleaner. Likely rusted. To be honest, those bulbs ain't worth a flip also.
