USA Someone please help!!!!!!!

after I put my car back together after a head gasket replacement I found this wire that I cannot figure out where it connects. the connector behind the plenum. its a short wire and I feel like it was connected to something before I started. I have been having some issues with my car like Fuel/Air ratio lean, low idle RPM at times, poor fuel economy, trouble starting in the cold, and almost dying at the first stop sign after I start it in the morning.

I am not sure if this not being connected could cause any of that but would still like to figure out what it is.

I have attached pictures of the wire and if I need to I can take more.
