How do I disable Cellular data usage by my Camry

I have already made the mistake of pairing my smartphone and the vehicle (2019 Camry SE) so that my vehicle keeps looking for the pairing, and wants me to activate Entune App. But I do not want to do that. So, how do I prevent that from happening? I would like to use just the GPS without my Camry SE's dependence on my smartphone's cellular data plan. But the display screen in the Camry never duplicates what I see in the Navigation manual so that I can follow the procedures. What now?

Apparently, with Entune, Toyota states, "When you enable Wi-Fi Connect services in your Toyota Camry, you will have access to free Verizon 4G LTE Wi-Fi for six months with up to 2 GB of data." See the web page here: https://www.downeasttoyota.com/blog/...wi-fi-connect/

Seems like for Entune users you're stuck using Verizon. Some may find that just fine, others may not like it.

What GPS do you want to use without using your phones data? ScoutGPS? or Carplay? Both needs your phone data to download the map so it can give you turn by turn directions. It only uses about 1-2mb every 30 minutes. If you don't want to activate entune app everytime you are connected via bluetooth, you got two options; Turn off bluetooth power in the cars settings.. or on your phone, delete the bluetooth device so it doesn't automatically connects anymore.
