Snapped alternator tension lock bolt

I have a 3.0-liter 1MZ-FE V6 engine that uses a tension bolt for the alt/AC belt (as oppose to the later automatic tensioner). To change that belt you loosen the lock bolt and then run the tension bolt in and out. Well, the lock bolt broke off, and it is the pivot point for the tensioner. Anyone have this and have gotten it fixed? The 3.0L V6 was in the 2001-3 sienna, and some camrys and solaras and I have heard that some RAV 4 designs had this same arrangement of alt belt tensioner. Could use some advice.
