Found Android app that fixes music volume with AUX cord

I found a free app that cures the extremely annoying issue of the Android's nanny dropping the volume "to protect your hearing" every time I plug in an AUX cord.

The app is called "Automate" and allows you to easily create "flowcharts", which are basically programs, that automate actions whenever you do something to your phone... or do almost anything else you want it to do in certain conditions.

I created one where anytime a headphone device is plugged it waits 1 sec and then overrides the nanny feature by setting headphone volume back to 95%. This eliminates having to always turn the volume back up every time I get in and out of the car.

Long been a thorn in my side. Got mine set up like yours but not working. must be in the parameters for 2nd or 4th bubble down. Would also like it if playback did not stop when disconnecting, and did, stop, when connecting.

Do you have it set to look for headphone headset or aux device?

The type of headphone you plug in makes a difference, headphones with mics are detected as headsets and some as media device... My best headphones only works about 50% of the time where another cheaper set without a microphone works 100%. An aux cord works 100%.

Play around with it
