Norwalk Toyota

I sent an IM (private instant message) to site vendor "Norwalk Toyota" two weeks ago asking about the price for some parts. No response.

Anyone actually have successful recent contact with this vendor?

I guess going to their web site and calling the 800 number or using the site contact email is out of the question ?

Yes, I did visit the website last month and repeated my part price question there. I received an automatic response which did offer a discount code for the part I had in the cart. I did not receive a response from Ruben (the TN's POC at Norwalk Toyota) though. Not sure if he's even still there. I just asked this question because previous TN vendors (like Roman from Toyota of Cool Springs) would respond personally via TN's IM system, which is convenient while I'm working. Calling isn't "out of the question", but while I'm at work it's easier to IM as I can only make calls while on a break. I never did receive a personal response and just wanted to know if anyone else had.

It was a sad day when Roman and Cool Springs gave up their vendor status. At the time he PMed me and said they just couldn't generate enough revenue to justify staying, and that shipping costs are what killed the whole thing the most. I bought a number of items from Roman.
