2009 corolla Horn sounds weak

My 2009 Corolla horn sounds very weak. Fuse or replace new horn??? thoughts???

New horn, there are plenty of options from a new or salvaged OE horn, or a simple single or twin aftermarket horn, to what I did... pull a 4 horn set from an old Cadillac or Buick.

horn installs are generally generic for the most part.

But your title here reads Corolla...
and yet,
