So I have my truck for really bad winters but I use my car for fuel economy the majority.
I am aware of he traditional summer set vs winter set of tires/rims. But I have my truck for the very bad weather etc.
I’m looking at The bfgoodrich advantage ta sport and Goodyear assurance weather.
The bfgoodrich has great reviews and is a sporty all season. Not a specific winter tire but again only for on occasion snow etc.
The Goodyear assurance weather ready is a newer tire classification called an all weather. It’s basically an all season with the severe snow rating via the mountain peak symbol. Only Goodyear and Nokia make them but only Goodyear in my size.
Both have 60k warranty but bfgoodrich is $90 bs $130 for Goodyear, but Goodyear has a true weather rating with ability to run in summer without the excellerated tread wear and poor handelin etc.
Has anyone ran these tires on their corollas or smaller fwd cars in winter?
