Steering wander diagnosis on 1995 Avalon

When I make a right turn the steering seems fine & steering wheel is centered & car goes straight. but after a left turn the steering gets all funky, & steering wheel needs to be turned left a bit to go straight. I replaced the rack & pinion, ball joints, tie rods, wheel bearings & still cant seem to track down the problem. There is a slight pull to the right either way.
My next move is replacing front control arms.
Any suggestions?

It was the rack and pinion mount bushing. Brand new rack came with a bad bushing so I never considered it
