Constant Static from Aftermarket Radio Install

So Iím running into an issue with installing an aftermarket radio (MVH-S312BT). I keep getting static sounds regardless if the radio is off or no. Iím using the Metra 70-8112. From what Iíve read online, the car has an integrated amp, so I connected the blue turn on amp wire together with the 12v accessory. If I didnít do that, there would be no sound coming from the speakers. That way the amp will turn on with the car and not be on 24/7. And from what Iíve read online, Iím supposed to cut off the RCA ends and wire it to the new head unit. So it seems like no matter what I do, if I connect the negative end to the ground or not, Iíll end up with static. It also seems like if I'm only wired to one speaker, sounds will play on all speakers, however it will be faint.
