I have to show off!!! If I don't take the pictures tomorrow, I will this weekend. Only thing is my baby has a little rust on the RR quarter panel. . Thinking of getting a Camry body kit fitted with some fender flares when I fix it. But anyways, pics of mine coming soon.

I wasn't lying about the pics! Here they are.

Let's start out with the unexciting stuff.

My Autopage RS-1000 remote for the alarm

From the back, with doors open you can see the red step lights

The rear lights. My tail lights have that night shade tinting on them.

My true-dual exhaust system!!! Two Magnaflow race mufflers with a Magnaflow H catalytic.

My sound system baby!!!

2x JL W3V3 Subwoofers (500W RMS each)

The power for those monsters, Rockford Fosgate 1000BD mono amp

I also have Diamond audio 5.25 components for the front, 5.25 coaxials for the rear. Here is the Rockford Fosgate T-400 4 Channel for those.

The capacitor

My engine bay with the air intake.

My red gauges! Just done today! Woot.

I have to blind people...6000k HIDs

Another shot of those HIDs getting blinded

EDIT: Almost forgot the head unit. JVC KW-AVX820. Touchscreen heaven.

Pimpin!
What year is it??
I wanted to ask, did the dual exhaust and that red air intake affect performance in anyway?

My baby is a 98 Avalon XL. The dual exhaust with the intake does make a difference...it can actually peel out a little now. When I had just the dual exhaust, I got it to 139, and coulda gone a little more but I was running out of space. With the air intake, I might be able to do 145-150.

I wish I could find the strut bar and air intake this guy has. He actually has a full cold air intake; not just a short ram. I suspect the strut bar might be for the Solara, but I am probably wrong.

Woops...completely left out the link in the last post for the pictures of the car I was talking about.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3227028

I ordered some similar rotors that the guy has (I didn't get cross-drilled, that severely weakens the rotor and Avalons are heavy), some new brake pads, and I might be painting my calipers as well. I should get them this Wednesday. I'll get some pictures to show you guys. I don't know if I'll document the process...I'm not that great at explaining things over the net. If anyone has any info on the strut bar/AEM cold air intake, let me know. I am really interested.

EDIT: I am surprised no one noticed the license plates covers, or whatever they are, saying Honda on them...yes, I bought my Toyota at a Honda dealer. My family usually buys Honda (we've bought like 8 new ones from this place), so they gave me a good deal on this car.

nvm thats not me i just realized the link lol. I don't have a full cold air setup, which i wish i did and i'm going to rig something one way or another eventually. I'm going to wrap my intake with some heat wrap or something because it's getting too hot and is just blowing in hot air.

Yeah, I'm afraid my intake is just blowing hot air as well. Better than stock, but it can be improved.

I'm planning on lowering my car sometime this year or early next year. Just trying to get all the right parts. I'm doing the full coilovers, bushings, sway bars, tie rods, etc.

Where did you get your strut bar? I've only been able to find that cheap ebay bar, but yours looks a lot sturdier/stiffer. And just let me know about your gauges and I can help. I am going to be helping Avalon95 with his soon.

my strut bar is actually STRAIGHT off a solara. the 99-03 have the same chassis as ours, just lengthened. So, I talked to some people made a trade and got this strut bar sitting in my porch one morning =]. I put it in, and realized my hood wasn't closing fully. Only the passenger side, now though i moved the silver plate thing on top of the strut bar which lowered it a bit and theres a little burn/rub mark on my hoods like fire blanket or whatever it is and the hood rests nearly perfect. The strut bar is the OEM SOLARA STRUT BAR. go take a look at another solara. they come stock =]. I was just reading now on the other thread what bulbs to use so i'll be ordering probably tomorrow once i choose the colors. Avy Meet anybody? =]

I would definitely be up for an Avy meet, but it'll either have to be around my town, or later on in the year...I kind of lost my license until October.

Illinois law says that your license is to be suspended if you get 2 moving violations within 2 years if you are under 21. I think that explains.
