Australia Olive green Celica paint code

Hi all, I was searching colour options for my Holden Torana and came across this olive green Celica. I was wandering if anyone here knew if it's an original Toyota colour and what the paint code may be. The Cruiser olive green paint codes are 637 and 653 but to me they look more like poo brown. Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks 71Corolla I couldn't find that colour on the charts, does that mean it's not an original toyota colour?

Not sure since those colours may only be for North American models. Here's another excellent resource

Almost forgot to say I had a Corona that was green-ish but the colour was more yellow than green so maybe the lighting in the picture is off.

Yes mate both those colours are fairly close. Funny they call the first one yellow where it's clearly green, to me anyway ha ha.

I dusted off (literally) my microfiche reader to see what was on the microfiche.
It gave lots of details about "Olive Brown" interiors but not exterior colours

I drifted through some old brochures but the best I could find was mentions of "Green", "Yellow", "Pure Yellow" and "Beige" - no colour codes provided
The green and yellow are very pure, bright, primary colours that don't match your picture.

So my best guess is you found "Beige" (code 489 on my web page), which would have a greenish tinge depending on the light and camera settings but look similar to baby poo brown (what "normal" people call mustard) in the wrong light.

Unusual colour choice for a Torry.
Not "Strike Me Pink", "Lone Oranger" or "Barney's Shirt" like the rest of the crowd?
You could always go dark green like on the Recaro Torana Mystere concept car.
