2009 scion xb idle problem

My idle around 500 _ 550 at stop while in drive but if i turn headlights on it goes to 620 650 then idles smooth. When i brake goes down little then comes back up. If i turn the ac on goes 750 800 rpm. I clean the throttle body twice. Changed pcv valve. New ground wires. Nothing help.no check engine light for ever. Any idea?

That's interesting. Usually it would be the other way around, Dropping RPM with a load because the idle-up isn't working properly.

Are you losing/burning any oil? maybe low compression or blow-by is causing the RPMs to drop while at an unloaded idle, and when you kick on accessories, the computer is making up the difference with the idle-up response?

This is PURE speculation and it's probably not it...but it's a thought with the 2.4L
