did you read what you posted first ??? You were worried about put in spacers ... wouldnt spacers push the wheels out futher ???

Thats why I answered you should be fine... Stock is +45 and what is the width on it ??? its not a 7" wide wheel correct ... so dont worry about it they would stick out or rub ... that too high an offset is a safe bet on fwd...

If I were to put spacers on it yes the wheel would be further out but I wouldn't want to replace the lugs as well if they weren't long enough. I just wanted to make sure that I could fire on 16's without making any compromises. But seeing as how some people in this forum are puttin on wheels with +35 offset I figured I would be all right. Thanks Wraith

No rubbing with stock ride height, but trd lowering springs will rub when cornering with that wheel.

BTW - its not the wheel diameter that is the problem, its the rim width, offset, and most importantly, the tire you put on it. TRD rims for yaris are 18" and they don't rub with the right tire.

Very Very helpful thread, I will definitely reference this when I get some new wheels. Just want something basic for better handling. I have some white 16s I had on an old celica that I may try. Will report on the results

06 Malibu Maxx SS
92 VR4
02 ECHO (never thought i'd see the day, but I love it!)

I'm selling off my sw20 mr2 an buying an 03 Echo to slam an do a fitment on..

Wraith has the best setup thus far.. Wait til I get an echo jk

btw what type of suspension do these cars run? I'm assuming macpherson up front, what about the rear? Thisll help me get a head start on a fitment

EDIT! Nvm.. A little searching answered my Q, does anyone know how much, if any, rear camber can be adjusted?

Also! Wraith do you have any shots down the side of your car showing poke of the 8 +0? thanks!

-Tad
