Lights out on dash, how hard to fix?

The dash lights on my '97 4Runner have burned out. How do I go about replacing them?

The lights in the instrument cluster? Not too hard to get out. Probably videos. If all all dash lights, cluster, ac controls etc, it could be the dimmer or, power to/from it.
