Heater issue with 2004 4Runner

I have turn turn my heater up to 85 degrees to get to blow hot air, when I turn it to 70-84 degrees it's room temperature air. What need to be replaced, and how much?

Welcome to the forums!

How well maintained is yer cooling system? Has it been worked on lately? If so, it's possible that you might have air pockets in the cooling system and the air will need to be bled out. If it hasn't been worked on lately, you might need to have yer system backflushed. When was the coolant last replaced?
