Hi All. First time truck owner and it was a love at first drive. But the honeymoon ended today. 2019 Tacoma. 140 miles. 1 week old. Steering was making noise and felt hard on turns. Turned out dealer missed the PS fluid on PDI. Even if the dealer fills it up now, should I be concern on future issues since the truck was driven for a day or two with low or zero fluid? What are my rights in terms of this type of f****d up from the dealer? TIA for your replies
No, Just make sure that it was documented at the dealer. If anything happens, before or past warranty, (very doubtful), you'll have that on your side.
That said, I'd keep a check for leaks. Most likely it was filled at the factory.
