CEL for Evap emission small leak

Trying to help my neighbor with P0442 small evap leak.
She took her 2005 Rav4 to Toyota, they said it could be this or it could be that, both estimates were $600+ with no guarantee it would fix the problem. They just want to throw parts at it.
I don't have a Rav4 so I'm not sure where the charcoal canister and other hoses for the evap system are located. Where does this hose connect to the intake manifold?

I did search but didn't see any info that was helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Start with gas cap:

A loose or improperly affixed gas cap

A non-conforming gas cap (i.e. not factory/original brand)

A small leak/hole in a fuel vapor hose/tube

Other small leak in EVAP system

Faulty vent o-ring seal

Defective vent valve

Defective purge valve

Defective leak detection pump

I forgot to mention Toyota did put a new gas cap on, didn't help.
Yes I understand any of the parts you mentioned could be bad, what I want to know is where specifically are these parts located.
I've never wrenched on a Rav4. Don't want to spend 1/2 day taking things apart looking for these parts.
Are any of them above the fuel tank?
Is there an access hole in the body to get at the in tank fuel pump?
Can you tell me where the charcoal canister, the LDP, and the purge valve is located? Are they behind one of the fender liners or under the car?

Thanks in advance.

From the fuel filler neck to the tank/canister/vent valve located under car near the tank.
Purge valve located under hood connected to canister by evap line.

Small leak can be difficult even for pros to locate with test equipment.
Not a good DIY job.
