Rav 4 2008 water leak on passenger and driver side

Hi,
I have noticed recently water leaking on the passenger side whenever I turn the AC on. It gets worse as the AC level is turned higher. Recently, it has also started leaking on the driver side. It's really bad now and it gets the passenger side completely soaked in water. See the video below:

Drain hose is probably plugged. Are you getting the water dripping underneath when it's been running for a little bit? (I bet not). First thing to do is to clear the line. Unfortunately, I don't know where the drain is on a RAV4. Sometimes a little (and I mean little) burst of air up the drain hose will clear the problem.

We had this happen this year and our screwy dealership said they would have to get the "water doctor" to check ours out. Have you ever heard of that one? A water doctor? They said he's a water issue "specialist" that comes to their dealership to address water problems like this. WTF?! The mechanics they employ can't tackle an issue like this?
