C1241 and many other codes

I have a 06 4x4 double cab tundra with 66,000 miles on it. I started hearing a ticking noise only when accelerating and shortly after the check engine light came on. The codes are
C1241 low/high power supply voltage
4 of p2195 o2 sensor lean bank 1
P0138 o2 sensor voltage high bank 1 sensor 2
C0210 rt back wheel speed sensor
C0205 L front wheel sensor
Could the c1241 be causing all the problems and the ticking noise? Any thoughts of where to start?

I personally doubt the issues are related, but the battery and connections are always where you should start before attempting electrical diagnosis.

The wheel speed sensor trouble codes usually come from damaged wiring, but could also be caused by wheel bearing issues up front, or axle seal leaks in the rear.

The ticking sound I would hope is coming from an exhaust leak -- a leak near the upstream sensor 1 could be causing a "false lean" reading on that bank, and causing it to be falsely commanded rich accounting for high voltage downstream... (A biased/faulty upstream sensor can also cause this combination of codes but there will be no ticking) A mechanical problem such as a lifter / shim could be holding a valve open causing a ticking noise and trouble codes as well.
