Front End Squeak

I have a terrible front end squeak that is driving me crazy. I am not sure exactly what it is, although most of the usual suspects have been replaced. All of the following are less than 6 months old:

ball joints (all)
tie rod ends
shock and strut assemblies
cv joints

The steering rack was replaced 2 years ago.

One symptom that feels relevant is that the with the truck in park the squeak happens from center to left lock and back to center. There is no squeak from center to right lock. This is the same if turning left or right.

The squeak does happen on any kind of bump, if i push on the truck, etc...

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

So, you are saying the noise is related to turning the steering to the left only? Does it do it both with the wheels off and on the ground? How loud is it? Was it there before all that stuff was replaced? Was replacing all that stuff an attempt to fix it? Lots of questions but, the more info. the better. A quick/easy thing is to spray some lube on the steering shaft U-joint and see if that changes anything.
