Hello,

I replaced the window motor on the passenger side of my Toyota Tundra 2002. I bought the right side motor. It fits and works, however, I am not sure why the control is reversed now. Pressing up the windows moves down, pressing down the window moves up. All the cable properly connected the cable plugs would not fit any other way.

Any suggestions?

Hey Astro,
From other forums I can find others with this issue as well -
They say that it's due to a 'mis-wired motor' (i.e. Reversed motor wiring)

You'll need to reverse polarity on either the motor or the switch. I would think the switch would be the easiest to get at vs. having to take the motor back out.
