Which front caliper casting?

I'm looking at front brake pads for my base model '92 2.4L Reg. Cab short bed 2wd truck, and find that there are two different part numbers. One for front caliper casting 17S, and one for casting F18Q. Now, had I known this I could have looked on the calipers when I had the wheels off replacing the shocks yesterday, but.......So, sans pulling a wheel is there an easier way to know which casting I have. Thank you all again for helping this newbie learn more about this truck.

Jim

OK, I took a shot mine has the J17 casting. I found a thread on the "YotaTech" forum that pointed me that way. I'll report back with confirmation the first of the week.

OK, here's the deal. I bought a set of Duralast Gold ceramic pads #DG207 from AutoZone (Good pads, had on a Mustang GT). I had no way of telling which casting they would fit. When I got the wheel off I saw F18Q stamped on the caliper, and thought what the hell I'll give 'em a try. Success.............
