I picked them up from Aliexpress. They got a lot of really decent stuff there for these cars. They weren't too difficult to install. There's a great video on youtube showing how to install them(search "2018 led turn signals"). and yes, the yellow sequential lights are the turn signals.

I did have one minor issue after I installed them. The turn signals were somehow constantly active when I first installed them. I was thinking I wired them wrong, but I didn't. I took them inside the house and use a computer power supply's 12v line to test out the lights and everything worked fine in the house, then after installing them in the car they worked fine. So I dunno. lol

I picked up these fake window vents from ebay. Been working on this for the past week. So much prep work and I still think it could've looked better up close. These pictures really don't show the imperfections. But I'm happy with the results.

Here's one image of the passenger side.

Was looking on amazon for any new car parts and saw this. If you want to make your camry front end look like a lexus... now is your chance. I personally like it but I won't do it.

Came across that a few months ago. Was extremely tempted to do it, but ultimately decided not. $660 for the parts, then I have to spend the time to install it, take it to a professional place to get it painted and hope that the paint job matches up well enough with the rest of the car so it doesn't irritate me for years, deal with the possibility of poor build quality and it wearing down/breaking in a year or two, and figure out what the hell do to with the old front end all just so it looks like a knockoff of an LS on the front.

If there were some aftermarket headlights that would complete the look and make it more convincing, combine that with these taillights, throw on some Lexus badges on the front and trunk, remove the "C A M R Y" badges, and replace the "L", "LE", "XLE" (you can do it on the SE/XSE but the bumper would kind of give it away) with a LS 500 emblem and you'd be golden for a mini knockoff LS. Well, from the outside at least. :P

...you can probably tell that I genuinely did consider doing this for awhile.

Even though it has the headlights of the xse/xle, it'll only work for the SE or LE since it doesn't have room for the front camera or the front sensors.

Do you recall how much vinyl was needed to wrap each side? Thinking about doing the same but wanted dimensions on how many wraps to purchase. Thanks!

I ordered a 12'x4" roll and I still have a decent amount left. For the chrome trim around the windows, I was able to take the strip and cut it into 4 equal strips. So if you were looking to do just the chrome trim, you could probably get by with a 1" thick roll. As far as the actual length, I don't remember it off the top of my head, but that's easy to figure out by using a tape measure.

Waiting to take pics but here's my list so far... I know the Camry has its issues and isn't meant to be a race car, but I love the styling of the 2018 and always have to get my hands in it somewhat.

Car Model: 2018 Super white Camry SE 2.5L 4cyl

Completed:

Added a sub, cheap 12" Rockford powered sub using the LC2i LOC
Rattle Mat the trunk
Dipped the emblems black
Added LED lighting inside (white)
LED reverse lights
Added the blue atmosphere light above the glove box
Carbon fiber handle covers
Smoked license plate covers
Pedal covers

Arriving and to complete in the next couple of weeks:

AEM CAI
Eiback lowering springs
Pedal Commander

After the springs I will go take pics

Potential future:
Magnaflow exhaust (split to both sides like the XSE)
Stage II ODBII chip (has anyone had one that did seem to work? reviews of https://www.performancechiptuning.co...d2-for-toyota/ seem decent? But I know there's a fine line between scam and might work)

Doesn't the 8th gen camry already come with a front upper strut bar? I know the SE and XSE has it not sure about the LE, XLE or hybirds. It's made out of steel and at least 2" thick. I guess it'll make it more rigid with the extra strut bar though it's rigid enough. I am waiting for TRD sway bar for the camry which I hope the 2020 Camry TRD will have.
