Entune apps greyed out

I have my entune all set up except for Scout GPS. When I try to set it up and get to the apps page everything is greyed out. It sits and spins for a while and a message pops up saying that the Entune download was incomplete. And restart the download. I have tried this several times with the same results. Be nice if the maps were already installed like in my Wife's Buick.. WiFi and Bluetooth are set up.

It's been a few months since I set mine up, but here's what I recollect. Apple Carplay has to be turned off in Setup to do anything with Entune App Suite. Scout GPS must be installed and running on the phone, and connected by USB cable to function. Spend a lot of time reading the owner's manual, there's a lot of info in it that you need to know or you're not going to be happy with the system, I'm still looking stuff up over 3 months later! Download the .pdf version and put it on a laptop or tablet, it's much easier to look stuff up, www.toyotaowners.com I have a copy on my phone too so I don't have to use the clunky hard copy.
