1993 camry V6 have sealed the transmission oil pan with cork gasket originally. I have repaired the transmission oil leak twice by replacing the genuine cork gasket. It has pass 3 year since last time doing the job. Recently I review the around the transmission oil pan and seem to leak a little. I have ever see a red FIPG(form in place gasket) for sealing transmission oil pan. Does it has good durability to seal than cork gasket? Will anyone share your experience with this?

Like others said, your transmission oil pan may have a bend that prevented properly sealing. Because the cork-rubber (or some offered all-rubber, such as the Wix ATF Filter kit on rockauto) gasket should seal very well without leaks.

ATF has a higher content of detergent to keep valve bodies clean, and this detergent eats away at RTV. The Permatex Red has a good resistance and can be used to seal differential flanges for example. It may work for the pan, but if ATF dissolves bits and pieces, these debris can plug the valve body. So personally I have stayed away from using RTV on ATF components.

Also make sure to torque the bolts in stages in a star pattern for even tightening (for example, 24, 48 and then 72 INCH/pound). I'd use a 1/4"-drive torque wrench to go over the bolts. I use a slightly higher torque than spec - 72 to 84 INCH-pounds (6-7 lb/ft or 8-9.5 Newton Meters).
