Drove this car off the show-room floor in early 1990. Traveled the western states but mostly in and around Colorado. Many camping trips with my two daughters. 2004 with over 200,000 miles I decided to replace her. But with what? I had lusting for the Celica All-Trac but Toyota had abandon the sales of that car or any like it for some time and it didn't appear they were going to correct that any time soon. Thus, The 2004 Subaru WRX Wagon came to fruition for me and my garage. As the GTS had, now the WRX was to be. i.e. living it's off-use life in a carpeted 3-stall garage when not out seeing the world. A life of leisure for sure, just awaiting the excuses to travel the known and unknown byways. Alas the GTS had become my daily-driver. Commuting some 40 miles a day and making numerous day-trips around town right up to the grand-mileage of 303,601. At that time the engine began to consume more water than fuel and oil combined. That was April 2011 and now just over a year I am still awaiting for the newest addition which is a complete engine-bay wiring harness provided by Tweaked Performance. And that is the history thus far.

This car comes with the 4A-ge 16v; But now has the 4A-ge 20v Silvertop. Looks stock;

No Interior Mods;

No Exterior Mods;

Single din single disk Kenwood with small Kenwood sub-wolfer.

KYB struts and Ebac springs.

205-60-r14 on the Gulf-States optional wheels they offered that year (1989). I believe them to be 14x 6.5; They appear to be honey-comb alloy wheels offered by the importer in 1989. A very sturdy wheel and is still well balanced for a smooth ride.
