Bought in 2015 to learn mechanics as a hobby. Gets driven when weather isn't good enough to get the Supra out. Hasn't been reliable so far, but at 35 years of age, even good mechanical things tend to wear out. Fixing and learning as I go. Trying to do as much work as I can by myself. Easy car to work on and learn. I have another for parts.
First thing I did after I bought it was to "unpimp" it. Former owner modified it, radio, CB, interior lights, aftermarket wheels and other stuff like that. Removed all of it to bring it back to stock including putting on tiny stock sized tires.
20 footer car. The closer you get, the more flaws you see. Still, I like it.

Added tach, replaced AM radio with one from a 1981 SR-5 Tercel in order to get FM while still looking stock.
