Misfire/loss of power

Hi I’m new here but I’m in a pickle. I have a 93 yota 4Runner 5speed manual and I’m having some issues. There is a misfire and it has a loss of power when driving up hills. When I take off it’s slow getting up to speed through all five gears. I don’t even use 5th cause it’s to slow. I’ve done the thing where you take the plug off the distributor cap to see which cylinder is the problem. I’ve found the cylinders that are not firing right. So I bought plugs, distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires but I’m still having the same issue with the same two cylinders. It doesn’t smoke. I can smell gas really bad when driving. It has 299000 miles. Idk what else it could be. Any advice would be helpful. It’s my only ride right now so I need to find out what’s wrong with it pretty fast before it quits completely.
