Purchased new in September 2012 and have had no quality issues. Once the Nav unit "froze" and would only restart after restarting the vehicle. The dealership simply replaced the head unit and we have had absolutely no issue since that time.
This is our "run around" vehicle and is used to do it all -- unless we take all the grandchildren at once.
