History
Hello, Im new to Toyota Nation and wanted to share a bit about myself and my car. I bought a certified pre owned 2011 toyota camry hybrid XV40 and I love it. That was the last year before the model changed to the XV50. Since it was the last year of production, toyota fitted a special front bumper on the hybrid models. I like how it looks way better than other toyota camry front bumpers, its a shame they didnt use these bumpers across the whole lineup.
ANYWAYS, I bought this 2011 TCH in 2014 for $14k and with 64k miles on it. It was bone stock base model when I bought it and I've been adding upgrades little by little. I will attach some pictures for you all to see.
I was getting 31 mpg when I first bought it but I was able to bring that up to 33 mpg once I got used to the way the car drives. I definitely love all the 200 HP this car has and the ablity to drive in EV mode up to 40 MPH. After all my modifications, I got my average up to 36.5 MPG with about 70% city 30% highway driving.

Modifications
Drivetrain
With this intake I got my average up to 36.5 MPG with about 70% city 30% highway driving.
Exterior
I also added some vortex generators on the back of my roof and an all-fit lip and side skirts. The allfit lip is one of the best lips out there but even then it wasnt easy to install and it fell off halfway and I was forced to reinstall it. After all my modifications, I got my average up to 36.5 MPG with about 70% city 30% highway driving. My average dropped to 36 mpg when I replaced the stock 16 inch steel wheels with 19 inch aluminum infinity OEM rims. The car rode too low with the 16s and i kept scrapping my bumper when entering driveways, that doesnt happen anymore since the car rose about an inch after I changed the wheels. There is still so many more things I want to add to this car like a rear lip spoiler, under body rear difuesser, real sideskirts, etc. I want to keep it as long as I can because of how comfortable it is and how nice it looks.
