Bought in the spring of 2010 as our daily driver so the KZJ95 could get some rest and I could take my time building it. We needed a station wagon for our rottweiler and boxer and I refused to go with anything other than 4wd and Toyota, so it had to be a Touring.

We bought this wagon and a ´90 EFi wagon came with it for spares. I replaced the clutch, wheelbearings, brakepads, rear diff, all fluids, crankshaft pulley, sparksplugs and wires, panhard bushing, headlights, seats, fixed the antenna and deep cleaned it thrice to get the crud out of it. I also replaced a lot of dash bulbs and small things to make it nicer.

I now need to replace some suspension bushings, door switches and get it tuned and it should be better than new to drive.

Upgraded ground wires, higher Amp alternator from Toyota. Larger capacity 4A-G/4A-GE oilfilter. Motor mounts filled with windshield caulk/sealant to stiffen them.

Dog/cargo guard, rubber flooring in cargo area, Toyota optional equipment leather gearknob. Two 1-DIN pockets instead of the 2-DIN pocket with casette holders.

Thule roof bars, debadged grill, orange corner lights, yellow headlights, tow hitch.

This summer it will get 5% tint on all windows except front sidewindows and windshield. Fronts side windows will get 30% tint. Spare rear lights and blinkers will get tinted to a similar tint as OEM smoked Hella Golf Mk3 rear lights. I have spare sidewindows and all the lights so I´m not too worried about the legality of the tint. A pair of yellow square fog lights will be mounted in the front bumper before next winter.

Shitty Pioneer CD player with crappy old 4" Jensen speakers.

Will put 6.5" co-axial Kenwood or Pioneer speakers in rear speaker boxes when I feel like it. Have the speakers but am too lazy to be bothered.

205/45ZR16 on 16x8" Alessio 5 spoke aluminum wheels.

175/70R13 winter tires on steelies.
