    I have an 83 corolla wagon and it seems to hesitate at slow speeds and it feels like i have to hammer down on the throttle. At higher speeds(>35) its fine. just getting there is the problem. I ruled out the possibility of it not starting in first gear by driving it in Low gear and manually...
