Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and am not much of a car guy, not to mention that I do not have the greatest knowledge on car brands and what not. I am trying to find better brakes (whether it's both brake rotors and brake pads) with greater stopping power for my 1999 Toyota Camry LE 2.2...

I want to change the rear brake pads on an '88 MX73, but when I tried to open the caliper by taking out the lower guide pin the pin would only come out partly before hitting the strut. Is the only way to change the rear brake pads by removing the entire caliper from the rotor?

  15. Avalon 3rd Generation (2005-2012)
