Does anyone know how i could even attempt to fix this?

I recently got my hands on a set of XLE/XSE door panels that I installed on my car, and I noticed it has ambient lighting fixtures for the dowl bowls. The only issue is I don't have the proper wiring for it. Anyone have an idea on how to possibly get them connected?
