I own a 2001 Avalon XLS and I am having a hard time diagnosing an issue with my vehicle. It runs rough in idle and sputters while driving under 40ish. When I scanned it I got code P1349. I think it may be a VVT solenoid because those are common issues but I'm unsure. Any ideas?
