New on here and looking for help from anyone that may have experience with my problem. My son’s truck has 230k and was loosing power and running rough. Replaced coils, plugs in hopes of correcting the problem. It’s running smoother but still doesn’t have any power. Checked the timing, which is perfect and cleaned intake. We have also recently changed oil, oil filter, oil pressure sensor due to low pressure reading on gauge as well as changing the fuel pump. Now it has a knocking that has started along with the loss of power. This truck should be running better by now. Help please....

Welcome to the forums! :)

How many miles on the truck? Any maintenance performed prior to this issue? Any aftermarket mods installed? Is the check engine light on? If so, what were the exact codes pulled? What was the fuel pressure reading before and after you replaced the fuel pump? Has the fuel filter been replaced? ;)
