Hi, Everyone.

Looking to install an after market radio in my 2004 Tundra SR5 Access cab that I just purchased.

Have a couple questions.

The stock radio has 6 speakers and the factory radio that has CD and tape (Yes, tape)

I found a kit that comes with the radio mount and the wiring harness, however it says it's only for 4 speaker and also Excludes factory amplified systems.

Has anyone installed an after market radio using this kit or similar?

Here is the kit

My stock radio does have a factory amp located under the radio that looks like it has 2 wiring harnesses going to it.

Do you suppose I can simply disconnect the factory amp and bypass it since my aftermarket radio I am going to install already has a built in 50wx4 amplifier. It came out of my 2003 Corolla that also had 6 speakers.

3 Pics attached. 1 of the factory unit, 1 of the amplifier, and 1 of the aftermarket JVC head unit I am going to install

Thank You.
