I braked toward a red light today, shifted to neutral, then almost got rear-ended because I could not get the truck in gear. I had to push the truck off of the road, checked for fluid levels/leaks.

Got the truck on the road again by carefully shifting and depressing the clutch halfway. Shifting has been brutal since, and the truck shakes when the clutch is fully engaged. A few times I had to turn the truck off, and shift into 1st without the clutch to get it started in-gear?

I plan on trying to drive it to the dealer Monday, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your description reminds me a problem I had with a non-Toyota (GMC) SUV 5-speed manual I had a few years back. It happened a few weeks after having the gearbox serviced (routine). The mechanic failed to properly seat the fill plug and it apparently fell out or more likely was never put on. Over time I lost gear oil, but it happened so slowly I never saw a puddle or drip underneath. Then one cooler day it felt like my clutch went out. I drove to the shop not sure if I was going to make it. The only good news was it was a cheap fix (gear oil and a new fill plug) and they didn't charge me. Maybe you'll be lucky. If I had it to do over, I would have had it towed and had the shop eat the tow cost, too.
