Has anyone else had a problem with feedback/static while using the aux input with an iPod or Sirius? I'm having issues with both and I would appreciate any advice.

Toyota has a TSB that will repair this. Take it to your dealer.

I am having the exact same problem with noise while connecting my XM receiver to my '07 Yaris auxiliary input. Do you have a link or an identification number to the Technical Service Bulletin that you are speaking of so I have something to show my dealer? I searched the TSB's for they RAV4 and Yaris but I couldn't find any information online. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I didn't provide it sooner but the RAV4World site was down for a couple weeks.

Thank you VERY much! No more having to use the ugly external antenna boot fm modulator.
I had the same problem on my 07 Rav, solved it by purchasing a filter thru Crutchfield.com

There is a Toyota Service Bulletin on this problem Toyota will fix it free of charge.
Thanks to everyone who posted replies on this thread. I printed out the TSB and took it to my Toyota dealer on 02-18-08. The repair parts are now on order and my dealer is going to make the repair for me free of charge.

Which filter? I took my '08 to the dealer but they refused to do anything because the TSB is for '06-'07 models.

This is a load of crap. There are a large number of '08 models that didn't get this problem resolved and many dealers are taking care of it. If having them listen to the problem isn't enough I would contact Toyota corporate directly.
Here's a link to an article on this issue and a TSB from Toyota:
