08 Tacoma Bull Bar

Looking for a few things for my Tacoma, I am in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

Bull Bar, whats the best one out there I have seen on line so many, starting at 120.00 all the way up to 400.00.
so PLEASE some advice would be great.
ALSO
Need a 3rd Key Fob for Power Locks, and How easy are they ro program or is this a dealer program only.
