I’ve changed the maf sensor and have checked wiring and can’t find any issues. New battery starter is only few months old alternator checks out. Vehicle hesitates to starts then once it starts I have no other issues. No engine light on.
Thanks for any help!!

Ever time I start. Turn the key tries to start pauses for maybe 2 seconds then starts right up. No issues after that until next time I go to start. Doesn’t matter how long in between starts. Cold air intake?

Instead of guessing. get it to a real tech that knows how to troubleshoot and let them figure it out

The P0113 code, where did that come from? You had already replaced the MAF, and the IAT is part of the MAF! P0113 often set for owner who had install Cold Air Intake on there vehicle, that is the reason for asking!
Can you clarify what do you mean by 'pauses for maybe 2 seconds'? Do you mean the starter not turning the engine for that 2 seconds? Or the starter cranks the engine over for 2 seconds longer than usual?

Got it!
Makes a big difference between the two conditions! So your situation is related to the starter; there is a delay when you turn the key before the starter turns the engine over.
In your first post, you indicated that the starter was replaced, is that correct? And the same condition still happens, right?
Do you have any added accesories, like remote starting system?
There is another part you can check, the starter relay!
