Hello everyone,

I am new to the whole toyota corona scene. I recently purchased 1969 Toyota Corona Deluxe 2-Door Coupe. The car is a 1-owner, zero rust, California car (high desert to he exact) for $300. The body is straight, with minor dings and dents, and has not been in any kindve accident. As it sits, minus the engine and trans, the car is pretty complete. Interior is there for the most part, and all exterior & suspension components are there. My question to you guys is this, who/what/where can I find the parts I will need in the future for this project? Other than Ebay, where will I be able to source the items I will need? Is there any catalogs, or parts forums out there that would help me along the way in finding these parts? I've spent the past few days googling parts, but come up dry. Also, this is my first "real" restoration project. Any advice on how it should be done, could be done, has been done is welcomed. I've built many cars in my past, but none that demand this much attention, so I am looking for any kindve help/advice I can get.

I've attached some photos of the car for your viewing pleasure.

Plans for the car [if you care to read] is simple. I want to take this car and turn it into a nice weekend cruiser. Something I can take to the beach, up the coast, or through the mountains, and have fun with. I'd also like for it to see some track time. I'm an avid track goer (see my Rx7 in the attached photos). I'd love to be able to take the car up to Monterey Car Week and then hit Mazda Laguna Seca for some sort of classics event. So with that being said, I'd like to have a car at or around the 240hp range, 2.0L/2000cc or less, N/A and reliable. I'd like to keep it Toyota powered, but also dont mind throwing a s2000 F22/F20, or bridgeported 13B. After all, the whole reason I purchased the car was because its presmog and had no engine or trans...I want reliability (I know I mentioned rotary), durability, decent power to weight and many smiles per miles.. so, if you're interested in what I plan on doing, I do plan on documenting this project as much as i can, and will post the progress as much as possible.

Thank you for reading and any help you provide me!
